WebKit Developers (Linux)

We are looking for Software Developers with previous experience, open source or commercial, in WebKit or other browser engine related software development. In your role as a Software Developer you will be building the various key components and adding functionality to WebKit based browsers running on embedded devices. You will work closely with Movial's and customers' experts in building solid mobile applications and user experiences.

We expect you to have:

• Solid C++ knowledge
• Previous WebKit experience
• Knowledge of standard Linux Development tools: compilers, editors
• Linux command line, scripting and development tool expertise
• Good understanding of Linux system architecture and software stacks
  

• Spoken and written English communication skills
• High energy, motivation and strong team player skills
• Ability and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  

Additional/preferable skills:

• Involvement in Open Source communities or projects
• Qt knowledge
• Knowledge of other browser technologies, or other commonGNOME/freedesktop.org component
• Software development experience with embedded Linux hardware platforms
• Knowledge of WebKit's internals, like platform support and plugin support
